The hotel itself is so nice and clean, it’s right in the middle of everything and i’m walking distance even of things that are furthest away. i had a special request for the room and the staff were so onboard to help me with this and absolutely nailed it. I can’t thank them enough for all being so happy to help and just all round kind. The room (deluxe double room) we had was right at the front of the building and the room was more than big enough for the two of us with a massive bathroom and shower with the complimentary bottles of shower gel etc and a bar of soap which are all brand new for your stay.

I booked a twin room for myself and a friend who has a disability and needed disability facilities such as a walk in shower etc. However when we arrived we discovered that the only disable room available in the hotel was already occupied and we were offered two double rooms instead. It wasn't very convenient but it gave my friend & i somewhere to lay our heads. Luckily it was only for the one night and although it made it hard work for me running from room to room to assist him with getting to bed and getting up in the morning etc it was otherwise fine and the rooms were next door to one another.

Very responsive and helpful. We had a delay and we were not gonna make it on time for the restaurant reservation, however the receptionist emailed us the menu and had our dinner prepared in time for our arrival time. So grateful. Hot water and pressure very good. Very quiet during a Saturday night. Breakfast was yummy 🙂 perfect location. Parking - lucky to have found behind the hotel at Golden Square free of charge during certain times and days. We stayed for one night but absolutely recommend it. Also feeeew minutes walk from Primark. Well done and keep it up. Thanks a lot 🙂👍

Central Location with amazing views from our 3rd floor complimentary upgraded room. At £84 for the nite my daughter & I had comfortable king & double sofa bed. Very large room we were dancing around hyped up for our theatre trip (His majesty’s theatre directly across the road) A private car park (chargeable)less than a minute walk made it easy to get our haul of luggage in (typical girls we had enough for a week)

Vicky

The room was very comfortable. I loved the rainfall shower head in the bathroom! The paid breakfast was delicious and met what I expected. The location was incredible, right in the heart of the city center; no more than ten minutes to plenty of shops, cafes, and museums. All the staff I spoke with were friendly, warm, and generous - definitely makes all the difference for a solo traveler!
